In a season chock full of memorable performances, Prior Lake junior McKenna Hofschild put on perhaps her greatest show of all.

The 5-3 junior – the smallest player on the court – sparked a second-half comeback that lifted the Lakers to a 74-71 victory over Minnetonka in the Class 4A Section 2 championship game.

Prior Lake (16-13) qualified for the state tournament for the first time since 2003.
