64-43 win over East Grand Forks clinches Class 2A, Section 6 championship

East Grand Forks Senior High couldn’t solve the Pequot Lakes defense Saturday.

The Green Wave had their third-lowest point total of the season in a season-ending 64-43 loss to Pequot Lakes in the championship game of the Class 2A, Section 8 championship.

Pequot Lakes goes on to this week’s state tournament in the Twin Cities.
