Section 1 has a couple of perennial powers that are in line for a return trip to the Twin Cities.
The top subsection seeds are still alive, Rochester Lourdes and the Caledonia.
Both team have had success over the years. In 2009, head coach Scott Sorenson led the Warriors to the state Class 2A title.
