Sparked by a 12-0 run midway through the second half, Worthington beat Marshall 59-53 in a Southwest Conference game.

The Trojans have won seven of their last eight games to improve to 12-6 overall and 7-4 in the conference.

Worthington rallied from a 37-28 deficit with 12-straight points from the 10:45 mark until there were 8:22 remaining in the second half. The Trojans made key plays down the stretch to emerge with a six-point victory.
