Worthington avenged a January loss to Luverne, dominating the Cardinals in a 72-48 victory Tuesday at the WHS gymnasium.
The Trojans’ 6-2 senior center Martha Alwal turned in a stellar all-around performance for the Trojans, finishing with 24 points, 16 rebounds (six offensive) and six blocks.
Worthington have previously lost to the Cardinals 51-45 Jan. 18 at Luverne.
