• NEW PRAGUE 45, FARMINGTON 42: Maggie Seter didn’t score many points, but she did score when it counted, sealing the victory for the Trojans with a pair of free throws with four seconds left. Anne Rynda led New Prague with 18 points; Seter, senior guard, finished with seven points.

• RICHFIELD 67, HENRY SIBLEY 41: Richfield put up 40 points in the second half on the way Classic Suburban conference victory. Jessica January, the leading scorer in the metro, scored 23 for Richfield, three shy of her average. Her teammate Hannah Wise hit three three-pointers in the second half and finished with 19 points. Richfield was also 20-for-29 from the free-throw line, while Henry Sibley was 7-for-10.

• WATERTOWN-MAYER 67, DELANO 58: Remarkable perfomances are becoming the norm for junior guard Marissa Janning. Friday she had 29 points, 11 rebounds, six steals and five assists to lead the royasl to their sixth straight victory. Jannings has averaged 31 points per game over than span.

• ST. PAUL HUMBOLDT 88, ST. PAUL CENTRAL 76: Senior Angelina Hicks scored a season-high 34 points, 12 better than above her average, as the Hawks won the battle for first place in the St. Paul City Conference. Lashay Holt added 22 points and Teresa Larocque 17 for Humboldt. Marliah Guerra-Edwards scored a team-leading 19 points for Central.

• DELASALLE 69, ST. CROIX LUTHERAN 50: Sensational sophomores Allina Starr and Tyseanna Johnson led the Islanders to their 10th consecutive Tri-Metro Conference victory. Jordan Wehrenberg led St. Croix Lutheran, which lost for the first time in conference play, with a season-high 25 points.

• WHITE BEAR LAKE 56, MOUNDS VIEW 54, OT: Senior guard Sara Schoenthaler hit a 15-foot jumper from the right baseline with two seconds left to give the Bears the victory. Schoenthaler finshed with 14 points, while Mounds View senior Allison McKee also had 14.

• MONTICELLO 43, BECKER 40, OT: Becker trailed for most of the game but rallied to tie the score inthe waning minutes on a pair of three-pointers and a long two-pointer by Krista Ferris. the eight points were Ferris’ only points of the game. Monticello regained the lead in overtime and closed out the game by making five of eight free throws. Grace Sawatzke led the Magic with 11 points.
