Warner, Rosemount's leading scorer and rebounder from last year, went down last weekend during scrimmages with Henry Sibley and Red Wing.

Warner is expected to miss the start of the season.

The Irish will be without Warner when they open this season today in the Hamline tournament. Rosemount faces Blaine at 5:45 p.m. and will play a second game on Saturday.
