Behind a blistering shooting effort from Larissa Lurken, Park of Cottage Grove rolled past Pine Island, 76-46 in the opening game of the Breakdown Tip Off Classic at Hopkins' Lindbergh Center. Lurken finished with 31 points, hitting six treys.

The senior guard and Kent State commit hit her first three-pointers from long range as the Wolf Pack leaped out to a 12-2 lead in the opening minutes. Park stretched its lead to 45-22 at the half, as Lurken had 21 points and Sydney Lamberty added 11 at the break. Lamberty finished with 23 points.

Nikki Fokken paced Pine Island with 19 points, but was the Panthers' only double-figure scorer.
