Jana Norgren, a senior basketball player at Irondale, made significant contributions on both ends of the floor last week.

The Knights wing scored 10 points, and added five steals and three rebounds while limiting Chisago Lakes standout guard Whitney Tinjum to a season-low 12 points -- though the Wildcats won in a blowout.

Norgren scored 21 points and added five rebounds and two steals against Fridley, while matching up with the Tigers' Hannah Niewald.

Norgren held Niewald to a season-low 11 points in an Irondale victory.

Maranatha Christian Academy's Jamey Hammond poured in a season-high 24 points in a 97-59 victory at PACT Charter School.
