And the winner is... MN Girls' Basketball Hub Top Performer revealed

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Girls' Basketball Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email scores@nbcuni.com


Top performer winner

Tori Oehrlein, Crosby-Ironton: Oehrlein had 36 points and 14 rebounds on Feb. 10, and the Rangers needed all of it in a tight 73-72 win over Pequot Lakes. The freshman guard is one of the state’s leading scorers, averaging 30.9 points per game.

Top performer candidates

Rylie Cother, Jackson County Central: The sophomore guard came through for the Huskies in an offensive explosion Feb. 6. Cother scored a season-high 53 points to beat St. James 98-92 and also grabbed nine rebounds and seven assists in the win.

Jocelyn Land, Holy Family: Land finished with a double-double to lead the Fire to a 62-52 victory against Wright County conference foe Southwest Christian Feb. 7. It was the junior forward’s fifth time scoring more than 30 points this season (31), and she also had 16 rebounds.

Molly Garber, Blaine: Garber scored as many points as Coon Rapids in a dominant 103-29 win for the Bengals Feb. 7 The offensive performance was good enough for a season-high for the senior guard in the Northwest Suburban win. 

Savannah McGowan, Robbinsdale Armstrong: McGowan has recorded a double-double seemingly every time she has stepped on the court this season. The senior post recorded her 15th of the season with 27 points and 16 rebounds as the Falcons beat Totino-Grace 73-62 Feb. 7.
