Top performer winner

Olivia Olson, Benilde-St. Margaret’s: Olson led the Red Knights to a dominant Class 3A win Jan. 5 with her performance. The junior finished with a triple-double (38 points, 12 steals and 10 rebounds) as Benilde-St. Margaret’s beat St. Paul Como Park 83-66 Jan. 5.

Top performer candidates

Kenzie Kiminski, Floodwood: Kiminski recorded a season-high in points to help Floodwood get back in the win column Jan. 3. She scored 38 points while knocking down six 3-pointers as the Polar Bears beat Wrenshall 92-27.

Peyton Hoffman, Climax-Fisher: Hoffman followed up a 33-point performance Jan. 3 with a dominant performance to help Climax-Fisher pick up a road win. She recorded a season-high 41 points in a 71-62 win over Warroad Jan. 6.

Emily Erickson, Chisago Lakes: The senior made her presence felt all over the court in a tight 64-61 win over St. Francis Jan. 5. Erickson finished with 27 points, 12 rebounds and six steals to help Chisago Lakes get to the .500 mark.

Mylea Monahan, Glencoe-Silver Lake: Monahan recorded a season-high 32 points off five shots from behind the arc to lead Glencoe-Silver Lake to its sixth win of the season. The sophomore guard also added nine rebounds, five steals and four assists in a 74-50 win against Hutchinson Jan. 5.
