After Maliyah White hit a clutch three to give DeLasSalle a two-point lead with 41 seconds left, Ronnie Porter knew it was her time to come up clutch for her team.

Coming out of a timeout, she took the inbounds pass and wasn’t giving it up from there. She created space off a ball screen and buried a go-ahead three to retake the lead with 20 seconds left.

“I was ice the whole game. I feel like I was in my groove the whole game, and I knew I had to take the shot,” Porter said. “I got confidence in my teammates, of course, but I knew I had to take the shot.”
