See who fans voted as the Top Performer Feb. 15-20

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Girls' Basketball Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.


Top Performer winner

Anika Millar, Heritage Christian. Millar registered two 20-point, 15-rebound outings last week. Her best display was on Feb. 18 at West Lutheran when she went for 26 points and 15 rebounds in Heritage Christian's (10-1) 57-22 win. She is averaging double figures in points and rebounds this season.

Top performer candidates

Mallory Heyer, Chaska. Heyer put together two big scoring performances for Chaska (10-0), ranked No. 3 in Class 4A by Minnesota Basketball News. She earned 29 points on Feb. 16 in a 85-55 victory at Chanhassen followed by 31 points two days later to beat St. Louis Park 72-33.

Jade Hill, Minneapolis South. Hill erupted for a season-high 52 points to lead Minneapolis South (7-2) to its 90-61 defeat of Minneapolis Roosevelt on Feb. 19. Her previous season high was 38 points on Feb. 2 versus Minneapolis Henry. She is averaging 33.1 points per game this year.

Olivia Johanns, Visitation. On Feb. 18 against Columbia Heights, Johanns provided Visitation (7-4) with 27 points and 18 rebounds to guide her team to a 78-42 win. She also impressed defensively two days before that, when she forced six steals and six blocks in a 59-54 triumph over Richfield.

Rachel Kottke, Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart. The freshman guard was a few rebounds shy of recording a triple double in a 96-36 victory over New Ulm Cathedral on Feb. 19. Kottke tallied 13 assists, 10 points, six rebounds and four steals in the game for Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart (6-3).
