Madison James, Princeton. The sophomore guard put on a head-turning performance on Jan. 3. James tallied 39 points and 13 rebounds in a 69-63 win over St. Francis.
Gianna Kneepkens, Duluth Marshall. Kneepkens is back on this list and for good reason. Going up against Mesabi East on Jan. 3, Kneepkens put up 43 points to go along with 15 rebounds to make it a double-double.
Andrea Tribble, Robbinsdale Cooper. Two years removed from a Class 3A state championship, Tribble has made her mark playing with the Hawks. On Jan. 3, Tribble racked up 30 points in a 69-62 win against St. Louis Park.
Kayla Bohr, Blaine. The Bengals are 10-1 this season and Bohr has a big part in it. On New Year's Eve, the senior guard went for 27 points as Blaine won 64-61 against Cambridge-Isanti.
Sydney Stensgard, Simley. Stensgard started off 2020 with a pair of double-digit outbursts. On Jan. 3, she exploded for 29 points in a 59-48 win against Hastings. A day later, Stensgard put up 19 points as the Spartans defeated Austin, 46-42.
