Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Girls' Basketball Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.

Top performer winner

Jenna Guyer, Centennial. Guyer, a 6-foot-2 junior center, recorded 27 points and 22 rebounds in the Cougars' 70-65 triumph over Rogers on Dec. 17.

Top performer candidates

Adalia McKenzie, Park Center. McKenzie is in the running for top performer for the second consecutive week — and for good reason. The junior forward once again showed her scoring prowess as she dropped 42 points in a 76-50 defeat of Anoka on Dec. 17. Three days later, she had a 40-point outburst in an 80-58 triumph over Osseo.

Jordyn Hilgemann, Marshall. The Tigers are off to a 7-0 start thanks in large part to the play of Hilgemann, a junior forward. In a 79-37 win against Redwood Valley on Dec. 17, Hilgemann tallied 37 points.

Mallory Brake, Hastings. Brake put together a pair of double-double performances last week. The senior forward tallied 30 points to go along with 22 rebounds in a 62-51 victory over Eagan on Dec. 19. The next day, she scored 32 points and had 20 rebounds in a 80-59 loss to Burnsville.

Brielle Kallberg, Ely. Kallberg has been an offensive mainstay for Ely this season. On Dec. 16 she put up 30 points in a 72-50 victory over Chisholm.

*Stats and records as of Dec. 22.
