No. 3 Eden Prairie at No. 6 Minnetonka
7 p.m., Monday, Feb. 3
Eden Prairie certainly has a big week, playing two other top 10 teams from the Lake Conference, including this road game Monday night at No. 6 Minnetonka. It’s the first of two meetings in February between these superpowers and a big game for the Skippers, as well. They’ve lost only three of 18 games, but have already fallen twice to league rival Hopkins and once to top-five Centennial. Sophomore Courtney Fredrickson (19.2 ppg) tops the Skippers in scoring. She’s a 6-foot-2 forward who can score from the perimeter with her quickness as well as get in the paint with her size. She has plenty of help from a deep roster that includes Caroline Shelquist (10.7 ppg), Anne Hamilton (8.5 ppg), Mackenzie Dahl (8.9 ppg) and Hannah Hedstrom (7.8 ppg).
