Sauk Centre guard Kali Peschel, a 6-foot-1 junior, gave a verbal commitment to play basketball for the Hawkeyes on Sunday.
She’ll join Iowa’s program in the fall of 2012.
Peschel averages about 22 points per game for the Class 2A Mainstreeters.
