Proctor vs. Hermantown

5:45 p.m., Friday, Feb. 16

Proctor and Hermantown will be extra very familiar with each other by the end of Friday’s game, the third meeting of this season for these Lake Superior Conference foes.

Their first contest ended in a 66-59 road win for Hermantown (21-2, 7-1) on Dec. 5. Taylor Vold scored a game-high 19 points to lead the Hawks.

Morgan Nylund scored 15 points to help Proctor (14-6, 5-1) even the season series with a 50-42 win in the Esko Tournament on Dec. 29.

Hermantown sits atop the league standings, but Proctor can clinch the title if it wins its last three conference games, including Friday against the Hawks. If Hermantown beats Proctor, that'll lock up sole possession of the league title for the Hawks.
