East Ridge vs. White Bear Lake
7:15 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 14

The Suburban East Conference title race is still tight heading into the regular season's final weeks, but Tuesday's showdown between East Ridge and White Bear Lake will likely begin to settle things.

The teams are tied for second place in the conference standings, just a half-game behind league-leading Roseville.

The No. 14-4A Raptors knocked off the No. 9-4A Raiders 65-61 on Feb. 10 behind Noelle Tomes, who out-dueled Roseville's leading scorer Kaia Porter. Tomes finished with a game-high 27 points while Porter went for 22. Emma Stoehr added 12 for East Ridge (17-5, 9-3).

After going 2-3 during a stretch in mid-January, the No. 11-4A Bears (15-7, 9-3) have rattled off five straight wins. White Bear Lake closes the season with games against league foes Cretin-Derham Hall, Mounds View and Roseville, and a few key wins could propel the Bears to the league title.

White Bear Lake's Sophie Janicki and Claire Odmark each had 13 points in a 64-59 win over Forest Lake on Feb. 10. Anna Sanders added 12 and Alexa Molin finished with 11 for the Bears.
