Roseville vs. East Ridge
7:15 p.m., Friday, Feb. 10

East Ridge’s consecutive losses to Cretin-Derham Hall and Forest Lake last week knocked it from the top of the Suburban East Conference standings. The Raptors can make up some ground with a win over conference leader Roseville.

East Ridge emphatically put the two-game skid behind it on Feb. 4 with a 75-28 win over North St. Paul. The Raptors also had Noelle Tomes (16.6 points per game) return last week after missing three games with an ankle injury. She scored 23 points against the Polars, and 23 in the 62-60 loss to Forest Lake. Mariah Sexe (15.9 ppg, 10.4 rpg) and Kelen Kenol (12.8 ppg) guided the No. 12-4A Raptors (16-5, 8-3) in Tomes’ absence.

Kaia Porter leads No. 7-4A Roseville (18-2, 10-2) with her 18.8 ppg. She has the Raiders atop the Suburban East Conference and on a 12-game winning streak.

Roseville knocked off Woodbury 49-45 on Feb. 3 behind 24 points from Porter. The Raiders will try to create some more separation between them and East Ridge and White Bear Lake in the league.
