Cretin-Derham Hall vs. East Ridge
7:15 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 26

East Ridge and Cretin-Derham Hall will squeeze their two regular season meetings in a week apart beginning with Thursday’s matchup.

The No. 7-4A Raptors will try to maintain their edge in the conference standings over the Raiders (9-5, 5-2) and others seeking to topple them.

East Ridge is in the midst of a six-game winning streak. The Raptors (13-3, 6-1) knocked off St. Paul Central 48-43 on Jan. 21 with Kelen Kenol scoring 18 points and Mariah Sexe contributing with 17.

Cretin-Derham Hall will try to rekindle the early-season success it had when it opened the season with a six-game winning streak.

The Raiders haven’t found the same level of scoring as they had during that streak when they averaged 66 points a game. Cretin-Derham Hall failed to score 50 points in any of its last three losses. Leading scorer Frannie Hottinger (14.8 ppg) will be trying to turn that around.
