Maranatha Christian Academy at Minnehaha Academy
7 p.m., Monday, Jan. 11

Maranatha Christian Academy has taken a few lumps in mid-December with back-to-back losses to No. 8-1A Lyle/Austin Pacelli and No. 2-1A Mountain Iron-Buhl, but the No. 3-1A Mustangs (8-3) have rattled off five straight wins since the skid.

Outside of senior assist wizard and Monmouth commit Alaina Jarnot and her 20.9 ppg, little sister Jaclyn Jarnot, a sophomore, posts 13.7 points and a team-high 10.9 rebounds per game for Maranatha.

Sarah Kaminski has the No. 8-2A Redhawks off to a 9-1 start, including a win over No. 6-2A Dover-Eyota. The George Mason commit averages 17.8 points and 8.4 rebounds per game.

The only blemish on Minnehaha Academy's season came at the hands of No. 7-2A Albany in a 57-38 loss at the Willmar holiday tournament on New Year's Eve.

Sophomore Terra Rhoades is the second-leading scorer at 9.2 ppg on a young Redhawks' roster.
