Eagan at Shakopee

Two prolific scorers will be on the floor when Eagan travels to Shakopee for a South Suburban Conference matchup on Jan. 27.

Eagan senior forward Dani Bischoff has 286 points in 14 games this season and leads the team with a 20.4 points-per-game average. Junior guard Tamira McLemore (12.4 ppg) is a second offensive threat for Wildcats, while senior guard Margaret Harings (8.8 ppg, 4.3 apg) showed she can be a viable option after scoring 19 points in a 72-60 win over Burnsville on Dec. 19. 

With a 26-point performance in a 63-54 win over Chaska on Dec. 20, junior guard Taylor Koenen passed Mel Sames to become Shakopee's all-time leading scorer. Koenen (19.7 ppg, 7.1 rpg) has committed to North Carolina.

Helping balance the scoring for the Sabers is junior forward Caleigh Rodning (10.8 ppg, 5.7 rpg). 

Shakopee (11-4) and Eagan (10-4) are tied with Lakeville North for second place in the conference standings with 6-2 records.
