Minnetonka at Chanhassen

Minnetonka’s first loss of the season was gut-wrenching, as the Skippers fell to Champlin Park 57-56 in overtime on Dec. 12. Junior forward Lizzie Odegard scored 14 points in the losing effort. 

Chanhassen’s loss was a little less nerve-wracking, falling to Shakopee 56-38 on Dec. 11. The Sabers outscored the Storm 35-15 in the second half, an issue Chanhassen will need to address if it wants to compete with Minnetonka.
