Orono at Rogers
7:15 p.m., Friday, Dec. 12

Balance is the key for No. 2-3A Orono. The Spartans (4-0) have had three different high-scorers in their first four games. Leading the way is sophomore guard Tori Andrew (14.2 points per game) and junior guard Danielle Jorgensen (13.0 ppg).

Since their season-opening 55-52 win over DeLaSalle, the Spartans have won every game by 21 points or more.

Rogers (1-2) may enter this game with a sub-.500 mark, but the Royals have proven their mettle against top-tier teams such as Park Center, ranked No. 1-3A, and White Bear Lake, ranked No. 8-4A. Rogers lost both games by a combined 13 points.

Senior guard Taylor Paulsrud, who scored 17 points for the Royals in their 56-50 loss to White Bear Lake, is averaging 14.3 ppg. Senior forward Marina Nowak is averaging 10.0 ppg and rounds out the Royals' attack.
