No. 8-3A New Prague (4-0) features sophomore guard Maizie Deihl, who played as an eight-grader on the 2012-2013 Trojans' squad that went to the state tournament. Deihl averages 20.2 points and scored a season-high 27 in a 70-23 win over Visitation on Dec. 4.

 

No. 2-4A Hopkins (4-1) returns the four top scorers from its game against New Prague last season: senior guard T.T. Starks and junior guards Ashley Bates, Nia Hollie and K’Aezha Wubben.
